Wenger stops pursuing Ramon

Arsene Wenger let go of Brazilian wonderkid Ramon because he refused to pay £4million to controversial football brokers MSI.
Arsene Wenger was keen to sign the 18-year-old Corinthians midfielder but he pulled out after it emerged the player was owned by the company, which also has a controlling interest in Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano.
West Ham are paying MSI £5m just to have the so far flop Argentine duo on their books for one year.
But Arsenal were not interested in a similar arrangement for Ramon, who signed instead for CSKA Moscow.
